As a result of COVID-19, returns will not be accepted until further notice.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change. However, we will do our best to support your request.
PROCESSING

It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
SHIPPING

Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refund requests must be submitted by email within 7 days of delivery receipt to - vacation@evoztravel.com

For returned items, we will arrange replacement or issue a refund once we have confirmed delivery receipt

Please note the following items cannot be returned: clothing, masks and accessories

Refunds will be issued back to original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
