HEALTH SAFETY

  • As a result of COVID-19, returns will not be accepted until further notice.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

  • Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change. However, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING

  • It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

SHIPPING

  • Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.

  • Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

  • Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

DELIVERY

  • If you want to track your order, please click Track Order in the shipping confirmation email for information.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • Refund requests must be submitted by email within 7 days of delivery receipt to - vacation@evoztravel.com

  • For returned items, we will arrange replacement or issue a refund once we have confirmed delivery receipt 

  • Please note the following items cannot be returned: clothing, masks and accessories

  • Refunds will be issued back to original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear.

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
